Kawah Ijen night trekking (from Bali)
The Mount Ijen area can indeed be visited at night or during the day. There are two different characters that Ijen can achieve at night and day. At night, precisely at midnight at 00.00 you will get the beauty of the night sky which is so romantic with the sprinkles of stars shining on from the galaxy. Not only that, other interesting natural phenomena in the form of blue fire or blue flames that surge from the crater can only be seen at night.
When the daytime comes, you will get a clear view of the blue sky with the enchanting lake of Ijen. The lake is very wide in the crater with a very high sulfur content, making this lake a beautiful color in turquoise nuances or also called turquoise blue which is a blend of blue which is slightly greenish-green.

Overview
Our team will pick you up in your hotel/villa and transfer you to Banyuwangi, in east Java, by car and by ferry.
Check in at El Royale Hotel and rest until the evening.
Around 7 PM, we will have dinner in a local restaurant.
After dinner, we will bring you by 4×4 to the starting point and will trek until the sun rises.
After sunrise, we will be back to the hotel to have breakfast and rest.
We will transfer you back to Bali in the afternoon.
Kindly note that this itinerary is subject to change in case of bad weather or entry restrictions around the volcano area.
